The better option is to add the alternative NGs addresses to the address box
when sending the message.
In this case answer in one of these groups propagates to other groups, and
if you read it in one of the group, it will be shown as read in the others
NGs.
The danger however is that one might be tempted to post to too many groups,
not necessarily relevant.
