3D Combiner

Hello, I'm working on a 3D clothes combiner on the web and I've decided to showcase a 3D mannequin. Any ideas on how I can create a 3D dummy where users change the size of different parts of the dummy?

Do you use Three.js, any other Lib or are you working directly with WebGL?
