Validator found a few typos that needed correcting but at least it is
strict and validates.
But that damned ignorant IE STILL wants to **** it up.
It now renders the scroll just fine, but shows the parent block
outside of where it's supposed to be.
FF and Opera show things nicely. While Safari has a tendency to take
things out of the container.
If we're going to have standards to follow, then they should be
followed to the tee.
This is kind of like playing a game by the rules based on who's yard
you're in.
