find some newsgroup which is hot.

something like chating.. talking... etc.

any advice?

'There are many discussion groups on Yahoo. You can also install ICQ or and
IRC client and chat. Microsoft Messenger is also a good chat area.
Newsgroups are not good for chatting, since there is a long time lag between
postings.
