This is highly system and machine specific. You should ask to a
newsgroup dedicated to your platform. BTW, a websearch could be

On my embedded systems platform, we haven't implemented
interrupt (INT) 0x13 yet. It doesn't have a BIOS.

Try asking in a newsgroup about your operating system
or platform.
