adding onmouseover

I would first like to thank everyone for taking the time to help me. I know this is probable a simple question for everyone but as I am starting out I was wondering if you could help. I have build a small .net web app that has a datagrid. I would like to make each line of the datagrid highlight when the mouse goes over it, I suspect using the onmouseover attribute. Unfortunately I can't find out how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas?
