Adding webpart dynamically problem

Hi
My situation is:
i am developping a portal.i am using only one page (index.aspx) for my
portal and use querystring parameters and session variables to render
proper content to user.

i have no problem by loading usercontrol in index.aspx.
i have placed some webpart zones on index.aspx and load usercontrols as
Genericwebpart
into zones.Thats fine, there is no problem.

Can i edit webpart(i.e change display mode of WebPartManager)?
