Hi,
From the information given by the development team, this is indeed an
unexpected behavior. We're now investigating this issue.
Besides your workaround we can also edit the registry key to increase the
connection quota:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/282402
It's another option, but not an ideal solution.
