ambiguous match

what's the reason for the Ambiguous match found error? I have created a
custom control and added it to a web project, but keep getting this
error.... what might my problem be?

Control is developed using VB and you use Framework v1.0? If yes, it could
be a bug. It is fixed in v1.1.

No, C# and .NET 1.1
