Hi all!
I'm using a Perl script to read from an HTML file and send the
information to STDOUT. The problem is that I need the Windows-1251
character set (as defined in the HTML file), but I get the ISO-8859-1
output in the Internet Explorer.
So, I get "Ñîçäà òü äèñêóññèþ" instead of
"Создать диÑкуÑÑию" (Russian).
When I open the HTML file with the Internet Explorer, everything is OK.
How can I solve the problem?
Thanks for your help!
