[ANN] FireRuby 0.3.1

I've just released the gem files for version 0.3.1 of the FireRuby
library. These can be downloaded from the Ruby Forge web site here...

This is a fairly minor release that enhances the Connection class
such that it will attempt to rollback any transactions that are
outstanding whenever the close method for a Connection object is
called. A very small amount of extra documentation comments were also
added. A reasonably extensive set of documentation and some examples
are included in the installation.
