Gerbil 3.0.2

This release implements a shorter, faster, better
unindentation algorithm which:

• Allows block beginnings <% do %> and endings <% end %>
to span multiple lines.

• Ignores blank lines (which may contain whitespace)
after block beginnings.

• Processes multiple lines per iteration, instead of one
line at a time.
