ANN: new xsdbXML release with java port (+C#+Python)

Part I: Announcement
====================
There is a new release of xsdbXML which provides
a native java port of the framework in addition to
bugfixes for the C# and Python implementations.
All three implementations are completely independent
and pass the same test cases.

The xsdb framework provides a flexible and well defined
infrastructure to allow tabular data to be published,
retrieved, and combined over the Internet.

Discussion/Question
===================

The port to java was fairly straightforward, except
for the XML side of things. In particular the java
port has memory problems with large files (mondial.xsdb)
where the other two implementations do not. Maybe
using a SAX based parsing scheme in place of the current
DOM would fix this?
