[ANN] Production Log Analyzer 1.2.1

Notes:
The Production Analyzer lets you find out which pages on your
Rails site are dragging you down. PL Analyze requires the use of
SyslogLogger (included) because the default Logger doesn't give
any way to associate lines logged to a request.

Changes:
* Rails .12 compatibility (thanks to Jamis Buck).
* Removed duplication of average/std deviation in report.
* Worked around a bug where the request name could be nil.
