Warning Elimination

Extensive changes have been made in this version in an
effort to eliminate most of the C compiler warnings that
used to occur when compiling with distutils.

There are also numerous other enhancements and bug fixes.

What is Pyrex?

Pyrex is a language for writing Python extension modules.
It lets you freely mix operations on Python and C data, with
all Python reference counting and error checking handled
automatically.
