[ANN] RubyConf 2007: proposal deadline extended

Hi --

We've extended the deadline for presentation proposals for RubyConf
2007. There were some DNS problems and glitches... so it seems like a
good idea to add a few days.

The new deadline is August 23, 5PM, EDT.
