The RubyPhone CTI project has a new released available. Please visit
http://tsapi.rubyforge.org or
http://raa.ruby-lang.org/project/rubyphone/ for specifics. This project
provides a CTI library so that convoluted PBX/PC communication can be
simplified using the power and elegance of Ruby. Currently the project
is geared for Win32 clients, but there are also some Linux tools
available for download as well, including a PBX simulator that acts as
a phone system making and taking CTI calls for testing and development.
A recent addition to the project is a code sample in the Files section
that demonstrates how to connect incoming phone calls with Outlook for
Contact "screen pops." If you're interested feel free to check it out
and please let me know any questions or suggestions.
Thanks!
