[ANN] RubySlim - Ruby SlimServer API

This is an initial release of the Ruby SlimServer API - it uses the
SlimServer CLI API to communicate with the SlimServer and connected
devices.

There is currently not documentation and the API is not fully
implemented yet but it should be usable.
