Anyone here have experience with HR-XML?

I'm curious if anyone here has any experience with HR-XML, particularly
the Resume schema.

There doesn't seem to be a public forum for discussing HR-XML; it looks
like it is members-only...

Thanks,

Mike Mills

Mike,

Here are some resources that may be helpful:
http://ns.hr-xml.org/2_5/HR-XML-2_5/SEP/Resume.html
http://ns.hr-xml.org/2_5/HR-XML-2_5/StandAlone/Resume.xsd

I don't know if you managed to attend this week's webinar. The slide
deck is here:
http://docs.hr-xml.org/resources/HR-XML-Resume_final.pdf

As the slide deck mentions, we're currently involved in a significant
rearchitecture. The impetus is largely external -- alignment with
cross-industry best practices. More here on the new architecture here:
http://docs.hr-xml.org/resources/HR-XML-3-0-webinar.ppt

The HR-XML Consortium is a membership organization, but the barriers
to good ideas are pretty low and everything we produce is freely
available. I've got a busy week ahead of me, but I'd be happy to
follow-up with you on questions/comments.

Best Regards,

Chuck Allen
Director, HR-XML Consortium, Inc.
