I am trying to deploy my first website.

I am looking for a VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD tutorial on website deployment.
I have a book that is very detailed but is too physiological.

I am looking for a 2008 "step A", "step B", tutorial.

what do you mean by ASP.NET 2008? I believe it's about VS.NET 2008...
