ASP.NET App on Windows Server 2003

The default Security level of Windows 2000 Server allowed
me to use my Visual Studio File->New->Project->ASP.NET
Web Application to remotely create my Web Application
directly on the web server.
With Windows Server 2003, the default security is tighter
and doesn't allow me to do this anymore. I know I can
just copy the directory over manually, but it was kind of
nice working with the files directly on the server. What
do I have to do to configure Windows 2003 Server to
accomodate this?

Hi Tyler,

Is your account an adminitrator on the Windows 2003 server? At least, do
you have full control on the wwwroot folder on the server?

Additionally, IIS on windows 2003 server is IIS 6.0. You may refer to
following article for permission requirement of IIS6:
