ASP.NET Application Deployment to web site other than the default

We have an ASP.NET application for which we created a set up program using
DOT NET Setup Wizard. However, the set up programs installs the application
on the Default web site only.

Does any one know, how to deploy the application other than the default web
site?

We have not found a way to do this either. We usually deploy it to the
default and then copy it over to the other website -- not very elegant , but
works.

The setup wizard with 2005, however gives you an option to select the
website, so might be another reason to upgrade to .net framework 2.0
