ASP.Net & .Net Framework

Guest

I am installing Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server. One of the
pre-requiste to this installation is to make sure ASP.Net and .Net Framework
are installed and enabled. I located the ASP.Net component and installed the
service under the add/remove Windows Components -- Application server. When
I check the services I can see that the ASP.Net State Service started. How
do I install .Net Framework and enable it or is this a component that is
automaticall installed with Windows 2003

Hi manoa:

The framework comes by default with Win 2003. It is just ASP.NET that
needs to be enabled as it ships turned off by default.

You might want to double check in the IIS MMC under the Web Service
Extensions node that ASP.NET v1.1.x has a status of "Enabled".
