aspnet_regsql.exe Crashes

I run aspnet_regsql.exe and it crashes.

I have MS SQL server Standard installed.

Does anyone know what the problem is or what the fix is? I have a clean
WinXP machine with all of the updates (SP2, etc.). I've installed Visual
Studio 2005.
