Beginner - controls not shown in class wizard

I'm working through C++4 in 21 days since I already have the book &
the software!

Although other controls do, radio buttons dont appear in the member
variables section of the class wizard.
Is it something I'm doing?

Im in the UK, and had to set Windows regional settings to USA for the
class wizard to work. (& that'll probably affect my usenet time
settings)

This group covers standard C++, not the details specific to a particular
operating system or IDE. Try

Please suspend reading, get /Accelerated C++/ and /The C++ Programming
Language, 3rd Edition/, and actually learn C++ before you go learning VC++'s
magical class wizard.

Always post to the narrowest possible newsgroup, for best results. This
newsgroup discusses the C++ language itself, not a dialog in an editor that
sometimes edits C++. Use http://groups.google.com to research this topic; it
will lead to the correct newsgroups for further questions.

I'll look at the websites and the books recommended.


I do know some C++.
For example I know the basics of pointers, and, I think, how to write
a Class;
and I have an idea what inheritence is all about.
But it seems a huge mountain ahead of me before I can put it all
together and produce something useful!
