Best ruby gem to read and write data from Excel spread sheet

Hi all,

I am new to ruby world and trying to write and read data from excel spread sheets.

I know there are multiple ruby gems perform this action. I am using win32OLE for my learning.

Could any one suggest me the best ruby gem to perform the spread sheet actions?
