BinaryRead Error after upgrade

I had an ASP page which implemented a file upload feature. However, after
moving this application from NT4 to Windows 2003 I receive an error which is
caused by the Request.BinaryRead read. The error says this operation in not
allowed.

Anyone any idea, I presume it will be an IIS setting, but not sure what!

Any help greatly appreciated.

In IIS6, the default maximum size for an HTTP request is 200 Kb.
