Yes.

Your response reminds me of that apocraphyl little story which goes
something like :-

An experienced pilot and young co-pilot in a helicopter flying across
Seattle and suddenly all their navigation goes out. The young co-pilot
didn't know what to do; the experienced pilot said fly to that tall
building and hover there. He wrote in large letters on a piece of paper
"WHERE ARE WE ?" and held it up to onlookers in the building; the people
inside rushed to a desk and returned with a piece of paper which said "IN A
HELICOPTER".

The experienced pilot said, "I know where we are now" and flew straight to
the airport. The young pilot said how did you do it ? The experienced
pilot said "we were outside the Microsoft building; only Microsoft gives
you a technically correct but completely useless response to a question".

And this is true too! ;-)

They even have a way of telling you how your question is ill-formulated,
so they can actually get away with not answering it altogether.
