I m new to C++(but have a very good knowledge of C) and very
desperately looking for some good programming problems that involves
some object oriented principles of c++.Can anybody please
give a link to such problems.

Francis Glassborow has written a very good book
(http://www.spellen.org/youcandoit) and you can find a collection of
illustrative sample projects at http://www.spellen.org/youcandoit/projects/
There you´ll find different problems which are focusing on different aspects
of C++ and OOP.
