I am looking for a application to convert c++ source to a web browser
readable format with syntax highlighting.

Any idea?

Does Doxygen create output for cpp files? I try it.

I used Doxygen to create documentations about my headers.

I have used that several times you just need to select correct input
in the Doxyfile. Believe me it works gr8.
