Will having a database lower my laptop performance in amy way? I'm a neewbie so it might be a dumb question but thanks for answers.
Thank you for answering. I'm still kind of new in this and I'd just really like to understand how it works - is the database on my computer or is it on my webhosters webspace or idk. I'm really sorry for noobish acting I'm just trying to understand. ThanksHaving a database may slow down your laptop's performance if it is a large database or if your laptop has limited resources. However, if you have a modern laptop with enough RAM and processing power and are working with a small database, the impact on performance will likely be minimal. To ensure efficient performance, it's important to optimize your database and queries. If you're concerned about the impact on performance, you can consider using cloud-based database services or running the database on a separate server.
