Cannot post to gmane.comp.lang.ruby.general?

I read that the gmane.comp.lang.ruby.general newsgroup is supposed to
mirror this list. I can read the newsgroup but can not post to it. Is
the newsgroup mirror read only or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
