Cant not access to Web services

I have a web service that work if I call by http://localhost

But if i try to call by http://testing i get 404 error

I cant not understand this happend width my web service (.asxm)

I i call http://testing and create a default.aspx file i cant see width
no problem

I add testing to /etc/host file like this
127.0.0.1 testing

I using IIS 6

I need for help !!!

You probably need to pass the web service proxy your credentials.
