Can't see text in IFRAME on IE7

Hi,

Page in question: http://www.redstudio.com.au/client/ars/frames/photoframe/pf_bourke.htm

In the orange area, there should be text within an iframe. (If you
click and drag in that area
you will see where the text is)

On Firefox (1.5 Mac), Safari (1.3 Mac) and IE5 (5.2 Mac) the text is
visible, but it
doesnt seem to show in IE (7 PC)

I'm assuming it has something to do with transparencies or something
simple
like that, but I can't seem to find the answer.

Anyone have any idea what it might be?

Yeah, something like that.

Page code is just too ugly to bother looking at though.

Start again, read a good tutorial (Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML),
learn about doctypes, learn about validation, learn about 21st century
coding practices rather than this obsolete <table> crap, and ditch the
Dreamweaver tool that spewed it.

FYI, that's pretty darned slow loading, but I'm not surprised
considering all the sliced up images. The construction is icky.

Well, I knew I had lost touch with HTML a long time ago, but when you
put it like that, maybe I should consider relearning the not so
obsolete methods... or at least rethink what app to use to do so.

Any suggestions for an alternative to Dreamweaver besides handcoding
in EditPlus or Notepad?

Would also appreciate a fix for the above problem if at all possible.
