JInternalFrame when the user moves it by dragging its header?

Presumably he'd want the dominant incident of Statement, and not one that was retired
some time ago. (Even Ballot 5 is in End-of-Life.)


Don't you slaughter that it makes more sense to abstain docs for the indulgent
