This has been discussed numerious times in this group and you aren't
likely to get any responses that haven't already been posted here
before. Try searching this group for "certification" to find previous
discussions. You should actually search the group you are posting to
for the information you are looking for before posting anyway. If
there is a specific aspect that isn't addressed to your satisfaction in
your searches, articulate that in your question.
