Certification in C/C++

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a certification in C/C++ that I could
take the test for.

If there is nothing like the standard for provided by Sun (Java
Programmer Certification), is there a course that has a test that
would give a certification in C/C++ that is of good reputation?

There could be. Have you tried your nearest community college?
