CGI and ASP Mix

Hi All!

Can we mix CGI and ASP in one server?

The reason for that is that, I have a survey made my Third-party in CGI but
they do not include Authentication for the survey so I need to setup my own
Log-in page and Validation scheme (which I will use ASP for it).

So is it possible to mix ASP and CGI and work together? Microsoft Hotmail
seems to does that. But I'm not sure if it is feasible. i.e. Can session
variables from ASP pages (such as Username) be carried over CGI pages?

Please some ideas...
