Change ButtonColumn font

¿How can I change the default font-size of a PushButton - ButtonColumn?

I have tried with:

<ItemStyle Font-Size="XX-Small" Font-Names="Arial" Font-Italic="True">
</ItemStyle>


but does not affect the Button font.
