Coloring GCOV output

Hi,

I'm searching for the program which will colorize me the output of
GCOV. I've found LTP and GGCOV already, but this program are for Linux.
I'm searching something for Windows... Do you know any tools for this??

A quick grep of the Standard failed to come up with "GCOV", "LTP" or
"GGCOV". I doubt I'll have more luck with "Linux" and "Windows" either.
Colours are also not mentioned.

I guess you must be in the wrong place.
