Is comp.lang.c.moderated dead? (or perhaps its moderators)

I haven't seen any new messages for almost two weeks now (apart from
the FAQ sent by Summit). It might be my news server.

My server also shows no new messages since 6/1. It seems that the
moderators may be asleep or something; I see a spam message that's been
sitting there since 5/19.

Yes, I think that all one has to do to "break into" moderated
newsgroups, on a lot of news servers, is to set some value in the
"Approved" field.

Perhaps Seebach (I believe Peter Seebach is still the prime moderator)
is having some troubles with his server (although plethora.net is
still up).
