compiling and publishing asp.net (VS 2005)

why does VS2005 put this hash code in the assembly name when it compiles??

why my sites are always "precompiled"???

if I wanna to insert one single breakline (<BR />) i have to recompile e
upload the whole site...

Hi,

Change any static html in aspx dont need to recomplile... on the other
hand
changing any server control in aspx and code behind need to
recompile....
