Compiling for 1.1 on asp.net 2.0

Hi All,

I am thinking of the move to 2.0, but was wondering if I will still be
able to compile apps for asp.net 1.1 using VS 2005?

Nope...the IDEs are hardwired to a certain framework version for an unknown
(to me) and very odd (to me) reason...

It seems crazy that you can't compile code for 1.1 if you're developing
in VS2005!

Never heard of it, but reading the "Why Did I Put This Together", I'd say it
looks like it might solve your problem...yes.
