Configuration Error

We are receiving the following error when running any net apps on our web
server. Web server is running on Windows 2000 Server, SP3, with 1.1
framework. I've removed 1.1 framework, and IIS, reinstalled but still no
luck.


Server Error in '/Commercial/CancellationWheel' Application.
