I want to configure my Outlook Express for the comp.lang.c++ news group.
What is the news server (NNTP)for it.
I could not find the NNTP server name on the internet.

Groups don't have their own news servers. Contact your ISP for the name of
its news server. If they don't have one then change your ISP, or try here
http://news.individual.net/
