Conversion from 1.1 to ASP.NET 2.0

I have a complexed web service written in VB.NET 2003 / ASP.NET
v1.1.4322. I have converted the web project over to VS 2005 and
everything compiles fine. I can review the wsdl, etc.

When I attempt to update references to the service from other
applications, I receive the following message:

The custom tool 'MSDiscoCodeGenerator' failed. Unable to import binding
'NameWebServiceSoap' from namespace
'http://localhost/<WSLocation>/<WSServiceName>.

Does anyone have any ideas?
