Create User Wizard? (2.0)

Hi all,

I am wanting to customize the create user wizard (Asp.Net 2.0)

If possible i want to alter the form it displays when creating a user, &
also db table used
to store the entered info.

I have breifly checked through the SDK and don't appear to see any info on
this..

I would appreciate any links, tutorial links, or insight on how to do
this...
