CRM java open source solution for Mobile Business

Hi folks,

I'm looking for Java open source CRM solution which offers this kind
of functionalities : email / sms campaigns, newsletters, ETL
integration, stats reports, ... to be used in the Mobile Business (or
more generally, a product selling website supporting billing acts and
subscriptions).

Does anyone have ever worked on this subject, and if so what were the
CRM solutions you choose ? Do you think that Pentaho would be a
judicious choice ?
