Databinding my web controls

i think i know how to use data binding a little eg Title.Text=<% #movie.text %>
if thats write. i dont have a clue i just use gridviews but the client needs
a sophisticated design that requires the use of textboxes and menus and so
forth.

I am using business object but i know my way around with them when coding
and using them as table adapters. my only problem is how i can fill the
objects when the page loads or it is post-back / call back.

P.S For all post please note I am using VS 2005 Web Developer, Coding in
Visual Basic
