Datagrid Checkboxes

Hey All,

I am trying to use a datagrid so that a user can select
one of the records in the datagrid via a checkbox.
However, once the user has selected that record all other
checkboxes should be cleared. Does anyone have anything
on this?

Cant you use Radio button instead of Checkbox.
